Winter Heating Service

Visual inspection, burnt wires, excessive heat spots, tripped safeties

Clean the flame sensor

Vacuum and wipe down the furnace, thoroughly clean

Check the blower motor for amp draw and buildup of dirt impeding airflow

Check for proper gas to air ratio for flame

Check inducer motor and vacuum line
-
Check burners for correct airflow
-
Ensure blower capacitor is within manufactures specs
-
Check heat exchanger for cracks and carbon monoxide levels

Check evaporator coil for dirt buildup
-
Ensure filter is not plugged. (airflow #1 top priority)

Ensure the system is prepared for the cold weather
Summer Cooling Service

Check refrigerant/freon level

Check pressures and temperatures

Clean condenser coils

Check capacitors ensuring they are within manufactures specs

Check contactor for pitting and correct voltage high/low

Check amp draw on the condenser fan motor and compressor

Ensure there are no burnt, loose or deteriorating wires which can cause chaos

Clear condensate line and ensure secondary drain pan is operational
-
Ensure the system is prepared for the hot weather
